Product Introduction
Yichen is a professional helical pile manufacturer. Steel Grillage is a steel structure platform set on the top of the pile foundation to connect the piles in order to bear and distribute the load transmitted by the pier body. It connects several or even a dozen piles together to form the pile foundation. Steel Grillage can be attached to helical piles, driven piles, drilled shaft, or micropiles.
Yichen Steel Grillages are fully customizable and designed to support power transmission structures. They can be engineered to withstand axial, shear and moment combinations of even the largest dead-ends . They eliminate the need for concrete and associated curing time. Structures can be set on foundations immediately after installation. Smaller Yichen Steel Grillages are shipped in one piece and larger grillages are easily assembled on-site using only small equipment. All components are manufactured by Yichen factory and fully galvanized according to corrosive environment.
